Here at the office of Samuel D. Knight, DDS, we are happy to accept a wide range of general payment options and insurance plans! However, we do ask that you be prepared to pay at the time of service for any portion that your insurance does not cover. If arrangements are made in advance, we can accept payment up to 30 days after your insurance has paid.
Out-of-pocket payment options include:

For patients without insurance, for a fee, we also provide an annual discount plan that can be renewed every year. This plan includes a 45% discount on cleaning exams and digital X-rays, as well as a 30% discount on all dental crowns, bridges and implants.
We also provide an online payment option for your convenience!
